Spicy Sriracha Steak Skewers Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch cubes
8-10 wooden or metal skewers
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp sriracha sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, brown sugar, ginger, and olive oil. Add the sirloin cubes and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour.
Thread sirloin cubes evenly onto the skewers, about 4-5 cubes per skewer.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates.
Season skewers with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until charred and cooked to desired doneness.
Serve skewers immediately while hot. Enjoy with dipping sauces like ranch or chimichurri! Pairs perfectly with a cold beer or glass of rosé on a hot summer day!
